BUILDING A COMMUNITY
The DJLD's aim is to promote the interests of Junior Lawyers in the city of Doncaster, and surrounding region. We provide our Members with a forum to develop relationships within the legal community, by running functions ranging from educational events and lectures to informal social events.

Our recently re-established Committee hope to establish a strong local presence by encouraging our Members to network and create new contacts within the local legal community allowing for a network of Junior Lawyers and alike to share common experiences and concerns. The events we run are partly, or wholly funded by sponsorship. Our Members are kept informed about our upcoming events through regular email and social media updates. Joining the Doncaster JLD is free!

As lawyers, junior or otherwise, networking events are an important part of our careers! By virtue of these events, the legal community is able to develop. getting to know lawyers local to you can be incredibly beneficial!
TRAINING SESSIONS
The law is always changing, sometimes faster than we care to admit. Luckily, we are here to help you keep up! With the assistance of our sponsors, we are able to host training events on different areas of law!
A SUPPORT NETWORK
Lawyering isn't easy, especially whilst you are a junior lawyer. That is why it is so important to have a strong network of individuals around you, who are experiencing the same things. Our primary objective, is to allow local junior lawyers to grow and develop that much needed support network.
